GRADE 8 DINNER AND DANCE

As previously communicated,

Our grade 8 graduation ceremony will take place at St Martin de Porres Church on Wednesday, June 26th, 2019. The Church is right next to the school. It is at the corner of Morningside and Lawrence Avenue East.

Our grade 8 celebration will begin with a 5:30 pm mass. The award ceremony will follow from 6:00 to 7pm.

The formal dinner and dance take place at Zee/Roya Banquet Hall. Parents are asked to drop off their children at the Banquet Hall in Ajax by 7:30 and pick them up by 10:45pm.  The Hall's address is

The grade 8  Graduation ceremony and dance will take place on the night of WEDNESDAY, JUNE 26TH. Please note.
 The forms will go home tomorrow. 
It will cost $60. This will cover mainly the graduate's dinner, hall rental and deejay.

OTTAWA PACKING LIST

We are going ot Ottawa next week. Here is a list suggested items to help you pack.

Packing List Suggestions for Ottawa:

1. Any Medication in original packing labelled with your name
2. Socks (3 pairs at least)
3. 1 pair of pjs
4. 4 pairs of underwear/bras (at least)
5. 2-3 pairs of pants
6. 3-5 shirts
7. 1 sweater or sweatshirt
8. Coat, gloves, scarf
9. Waterproof jacket and umbrella
10. Toiletries (travel size when possible) including:
1. Toothbrush and toothpaste
2. Deodorant
3. Hairbrush
4. Extra feminine supplies
11. Two pairs of comfortable walking shoes (wear one pair, bring another)
12. Wallet with and spending money for three lunches (at least $60 is recommended) and more for shopping at Rideau Mall or Byward Market
13. Flashlight (optional)
14. Snacks (optional)
15. Waterbottle
16. Sunglasses
17. Cell phone and charger(if you have one)/camera (if desired)
