Love is walking away
When you're about to start a fight,
It's saying sorry
When you know you're right,
It's giving your dad
A big bear hug,
Or helping your mom
Clean out the rug.
It's letting your brother
Hog the video games,
It's getting in trouble
But taking the blame.
It's telling the unpopular kid
He's important in your life,
And reminding your dad
He has a wonderful wife.
It's telling your grandpa
You will always care,
Love is everything
Just and fair!
